Life is nothing but a house of cards in a nutshell. The more you try to fit in, the heavier it gets. As everything has its two sides, so does life – Yin and Yang of happiness.

Yin and Yang are the ancient Chinese philosophy of balance in the nature. Like for every darkness there is a light, and the vice versa. Our happiness is also based on the balancing act of life. Have you ever wondered why we do not get the feeling of contentment even after achieving something we were focussed on from long? Why at times, life seems lonely despite of all the cacophony happening around us?

The answer lies in balancing work of life, the demand, and supply. So, does that mean we will never get happy in life? No, that’s not what Yin-Yang mean. It simply means, keeping the life expectations realistically possible.
