I am a die hard foodie and a conscious eater, which makes it rather tough and sometimes even unworkable to stay on the healthy eating track. But, when I read Dr. Surbhi Prapanna’s ebook on Healthy Eating for Busy Moms it made my life much easier and sorted.

About the Author – Dr. Surbhi Prapanna

Surbhi is one of the most knowledgeable yet humble people I have ever met (virtually) in my life. She has the art of making difficult looks easy. Aren’t we always bogged down with the unending fight between tasty and healthy food? Her book is a solution to make recipes that are delicious, quick, and healthy.

Dr. Surbhi Prapanna is a homeopathic therapist by profession and a writer and blogger by passion. She has more than 4 years of professional writing experience and her work has been published on various prestigious online platforms. Health, parenting, and creative activities for kids (art, crafts, DIYs) are her niche. She shares her areas of expertise and parenting experience on her blog Surbhiprapanna.

Most of these recipes are known to us over the years either from our childhood days or in the later years. However, what’s known not always be necessary to be remembered! My Final Verdict on Healthy Eating for Busy Moms

Just download and start reading it! The book is a must read for all, healthy recipes rightly blended together for great taste and die hard foodies.

Also, during the locked-down phase when we are left with very less time to over indulge in cooking, this book is the right answer. The recipes are easy to make with commonly available ingredients.

You can also classify these books as a guide to Quick recipes for beginners. I have shared a few with my partner and a couple with my daughter too. We enjoyed creating them together.

I wish Dr.Surbhi Prapanna a very best for her book and look forward to more such remarkable books in the future.
