Just few days more, and we enter a brand-new year full of hopes and aspirations. These last days call for celebrations & fun in style, beginning from Christmas going-on till new dawn of 2018. Parties and Celebrations also means ‘fashion & style’ to leave a mark behind. Just last evening when we went to a friend’s house for Christmas get together, got few more invites of upcoming joy. My head was spinning since then what to wear? When better half said – you look good in saree – Voila party wear sarees! Style in Designer Sarees 🙂

Party Wear Fashion

For me fashion is all about comfort and own personal style, Saree is something I can relate to so well. Having worked in Hospitality Industry for a while in early days of career, gave me fair idea of draping. Loved dressing with the style standards during those days. Saree became part of my wardrobe essential post marriage. With a huge collection of Silks, Embroidered, Fusion, Sequins work sarees come as perfect answer to party-wear. First year as ‘newly married’ I remember wearing only sarees to all parties and family functions.

Traditional can be trendy too

Who says traditional cannot be trendy? I recently checked out Party Wear Sarees options available online, astonished by the collection Craftsvilla offers. The designs and colours, work, texture and its authentic feel – everything makes saree special. The latest addition of fusion into regular saree make it appealing and trendy too. I sneaked one Banarsi Silk saree from my Mother’s trunk, with a little work on blouse it turned into best party outfit ever. A definite head turner – if you drape it well, and carry confidently.

Designer Sarees – Style & Appeal

This is one such attire which is loved by all – be it college girls dressing for farewell or newlywed. As an educationist, it is my most sought out option to dress. India with its diverse culture and regions have provided saree an additional special resemblance too. Having said that, sarees can be worn at all occasions depending upon the need and style.

  • Heavy Work Sarees – These are must haves for all wardrobes. Heavy work means – fabric is weaved with heavy embroidery or with intricate work of stones, pearls, sequins, etc. Zari work is my personal favourite, and also the heavy border finishing ones.
  • Kanchivaram Sarees – Named after the region of its origin – Kanchipuram in Tamil Nadu, India. This drape is another – Loved by all kind of saree. Who doesn’t like a Hema Malini or Rekha’s sarees? That’s the same saree – we talking here. Perfect for any grand occasion – wear it with no fear of falling back in style. This is one evergreen love.
  • Designer Sareesas the name suggest, made per order or by the professional keeping in mind the occasion and your style. Designer sarees make sure your look stays unique, with its intricate patterns and wide range of styles. Fusion of Lehenga and Saree – Lehenga saree is best example of designer sarees.
  • Ethnic Sarees with fusion – mix up a little to pep-up the style. Design the party wear saree by adding some twist or drama in ethnic one. Designer blouses or contrast colour coding. Solid colours pure plain saree with heavy embroidered blouse.

Style is, when you can play with and still make you look wonderful. My all-time favourite online saree shopping destination – Craftsvilla has huge variety of party wear saree to choose from. Sarees ranging from everyone’s budget to most unique designer wear – you find them all on one simple click. Hassle less shopping, save time and energy and delivers your pick at door step.
